Children Who Chase Lost Voices (2011)
Hoshi o Ou Kodomo (星を追う子ども) (lit. “Children Who Chase Stars”) by Makoto ShinkaiI rewatched this movie again last night and still love it just as much. If you haven’t seen it I recommend you do. His work is very Ghibli inspired and the artwork is absolutely breathtaking.
Children who Chase Lost Voices/Journey to Agartha; director Makoto Shinkai sets the movie to retain plausibility on the “hollow Earth” concept.
